    As soon as you make the payment at checkout, a download button will be generated for each product that you purchase. Additionally, you will be sent any downloads to your email address.
  • Can I request modifications to products?
    Certainly! If you would like to make any modifications to a product you have purchased, please feel free to email us with a brief description of the changes you would like to make, and we will provide you with further details. Please note that charges may or may not apply, depending on the product and/or the level of customization offered.

  • What file format are the digital printable products available in?
    The file type offered depends on the individual printable. Some products are available in multiple formats, while others are offered in a single format. The specific format(s) can be found in the description of each product. The most common formats, in order, are PDF, PNG, and JPEG. Occasionally, certain products may be delivered as a ZIP file that contains multiple files.
  • Can I download the digital printable products multiple times?
    Yes you may download your printable multiple times.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not possible. However, if you have accidentally made a purchase, please feel free to contact us for assistance, we will be more than glad to help resolve the issue!
  • Can I make products for Handyprintables?
    As of right now we aren't looking for any creators, but we are open to potentially working with others in the near future as we continue to expand. Stay tuned 👀
